Privacy Policy

Article 1 (General Provisions)

① The website and mobile application 'AllinJeju (allinjeju.com)' (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by AllinJeju Operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") complies with personal information protection regulations under relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Personal Information Protection Act, and is committed to protecting user rights by establishing a privacy policy in accordance with relevant laws.

② The Operator takes measures to ensure that users can easily view the privacy policy at any time by publishing it on the initial screen of the website and app.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected and Method of Collection)

The Operator collects the following personal information upon initial use of the service for membership registration, smooth customer support, and provision of various services:

1. General User (App / Blog)
   Required items: Email address, password, nickname, device unique number (device ID or IMEI)
   Optional items: Profile picture, date of birth, gender, location information within the service (when using location-based services)
2. Information automatically generated and collected during service use
   IP Address, cookies, date and time of visit, service usage records, defective usage records

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)

1. Fulfillment of contract regarding provision of service and settlement of fees: Content provision, customized service provision, location-based place recommendations
2. Member management: Identity verification for using membership services, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by delinquent members and unauthorized use, confirmation of membership intent, age verification, complaint handling and other civil affairs processing, delivery of notices
3. Utilization in marketing and advertising: Development and specialization of new services (products), delivery of advertising information such as events, understanding access frequency, or statistics on member's service usage

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

In principle, after the purpose of personal information collection and use has been achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. However, if it is necessary to retain the information in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the Operator stores member information for a certain period specified in such laws and regulations, as follows:

   Website visit records: 3 months

Article 5 (Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information)

1. Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database (or a separate file cabinet for paper documents) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws, or immediately destroyed.
2. Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent reproduction of the records, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Operator processes user's personal information only within the scope specified in Article 3 (Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use), and does not process it beyond the original scope or provide it to third parties without the user's prior consent. However, this is an exception if there is a request for investigative purposes based on relevant laws and regulations.

Article 7 (User's Rights and Methods of Exercising Them)

Users can inquire about or modify their registered personal information at any time and can request termination of membership (withdrawal of consent). To inquire about/modify personal information, click 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Edit Member Information', etc.), and to terminate membership, click 'Withdraw Membership' to proceed with identity verification, after which direct viewing, correction, or withdrawal is possible.

Article 8 (Measures to Secure Safety of Personal Information)

The Operator takes the following technical/administrative and physical measures necessary to ensure safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

• Technical measures against hacking, etc.: Installation of security programs and periodic updates/inspections
• Restriction on access to personal information: Granting and managing access rights to personal information processing systems

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)

The Operator is fully responsible for all personal information processing tasks and has designated a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to handle complaints and provide relief for damages to data subjects related to personal information processing.

Article 10 (Duty of Notification)

If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the current Privacy Policy, notice will be provided through the 'Announcements' section of the website at least 7 days prior to the revision.
