Article 1 (General Provisions)

① The website and mobile application 'AllinJeju (allinjeju.com)' (hereinafter referred to as "Service") operated by Mygrid Space (hereinafter referred to as "Company") complies with personal information protection regulations under related laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. and the Personal Information Protection Act, and is doing its best to protect users' rights by establishing a personal information processing policy based on related laws.

② The Company takes measures so that users can easily view the Personal Information Processing Policy at any time by disclosing it on the initial screen of the website and app.

   Required items: Person in charge's name, contact information, email address, business registration number, company name, company address, payment information (credit card information, bank account information, etc.)
3. Information automatically generated and collected during service use
   IP Address, cookies, date and time of visit, service usage records, defective usage records

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of related laws, the Company will keep member information for a certain period determined by related laws as follows.

Article 5 (Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information)

1. Destruction procedure: 이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류함) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 혹은 즉시 파기됩니다.
2. Destruction method: 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제하며, 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company processes users' personal information only within the scope specified in Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information), and does not process it beyond the original scope or provide it to third parties without the user's prior consent. However, exceptions are made when there is a request for investigation purposes in accordance with related laws.

Article 7 (User's Rights and Methods of Exercising Them)

Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and can request membership cancellation (withdrawal of consent). To view/modify personal information, click 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Modify Member Information', etc.), and to cancel membership, click 'Withdraw Membership' and go through the identity verification process to directly read, correct, or withdraw.

Article 8 (Measures to Secure Safety of Personal Information)

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company is taking the technical, managerial, and physical measures necessary to secure safety as follows.

• Technical measures against hacking, etc.: Installation of security programs and periodic updates/inspections
• Restriction on access to personal information: Granting and managing access rights to personal information processing systems

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)

The Company is responsible for taking overall charge of tasks related to the processing of personal information, and designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to handle complaints and relieve damages of data subjects related to personal information processing.

Article 10 (Duty of Notification)

If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to the current personal information processing policy, we will notify you through the 'Notices' on the website at least 7 days before the revision.
