Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the basic matters such as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the User, and the conditions and procedures for using the service in using the website and mobile application 'AllinJeju (allinjeju.com)' (hereinafter referred to as "Service") operated by Mygrid Space (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. "Service" refers to all AllinJeju-related services that members can use regardless of the terminal implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and portable terminals).

2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's services and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, continuously receives the Company's information, and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

4. "Post" refers to writings, photos, videos, various files and links in the form of information such as signs, letters, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the service by a member while using the service.

Article 3 (Publication and Revision of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the service so that members can easily understand them.

2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc."

3. When the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for revision and announce them together with the current Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the service from 7 days before the date of application to the day before the date of application.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services.

2. In the event of a change in the content, method of use, or hours of use of the service, the Company must post the reason for the change, the content of the service to be changed, and the date of provision on the initial screen of the service.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

1. Users apply for membership by filling out their member information according to the registration form determined by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Members may apply for termination of the use contract (membership withdrawal) at any time through the settings menu within the service, and the Company must process this immediately in accordance with the relevant laws.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following acts.

  1. Registration of false information when applying or changing
  2. Theft of others' information
  3. Modification of information posted by the Company and unauthorized crawling
  4. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
  5. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with their business
  6. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the service

Article 7 (Copyright and Management of Posts)

1. The copyright of the post posted by the member in the service belongs to the author of the post.

2. Posts posted by members in the service may be exposed in search results, services, and related promotions, and may be partially modified, reproduced, or edited and posted within the scope necessary for such exposure. In this case, the Company complies with the provisions of the Copyright Act, and the member may take measures such as deletion, exclusion from search results, or making it private for the post at any time through the customer center or the management function within the service.

3. If a member's post contains content that violates related laws, the Company may delete or take temporary measures against the post without prior notice.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability and Exemption)

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot provide the service due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure.

2. The Company is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service caused by the member's negligence.

3. The Company only provides information on affiliated companies and places in Jeju, and does not guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the business status (closure, holidays, price changes, service quality, etc.) of each company, and is not responsible for any damages resulting from this.

4. The Company is exempt from liability when members engage in transactions, etc. with each other or with third parties through the service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Lawsuits filed between the Company and members are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and members are based on the member's address at the time of filing, and if there is no address, it is the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court governing the residence. However, if the address or residence of the member is not clear at the time of filing, the competent court is determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply from June 20, 2026.
