2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Operator's Service and receive services provided by the Operator in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to an individual who has provided personal information to the Operator, completed membership registration, continuously receives information from the Operator, and can continuously use the services provided by the Operator.
4. "Post" refers to writings, photos, videos, various files and links in the form of information such as signs, letters, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the service by a member while using the service.

2. Members may at any time apply for termination of the service agreement (membership withdrawal) through the settings menu within the Service, and the Operator shall process such applications promptly as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

Posts published by members within the Service may be exposed in search results or the Service and related promotions, and may be partially modified, reproduced, or edited and posted within the scope necessary for such exposure. In this case, the Operator complies with copyright law provisions, and members may at any time take measures such as deletion, exclusion from search results, or setting as private for such posts through the customer service center or management functions within the Service.
3. If a member's post contains content that violates relevant laws and regulations, the Operator may delete the post or take temporary measures without prior notice.
1. The Operator shall be exempt from liability for the provision of services if the services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.
2. The Operator shall not be liable for any hindrance to the use of the Service caused by a member's fault.

The Operator merely provides information on affiliated businesses and locations within Jeju Island, and does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of each business's operational status (e.g., closure, holidays, price changes, service quality), and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
4. The Operator shall be exempt from liability in cases where transactions or other activities are conducted between members or between members and third parties through the Service.
1. Lawsuits filed between the Operator and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Operator and members shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the member's address at the time of filing, or, if there is no address, over the member's residence. However, if the member's address or residence is not clear at the time of filing, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
