2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's services and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, continuously receives the Company's information, and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.
4. "Post" refers to writings, photos, videos, various files and links in the form of information such as signs, letters, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the service by a member while using the service.

2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc."

In this case, the Company complies with the provisions of the Copyright Act, and the member may take measures such as deletion, exclusion from search results, or making it private for the post at any time through the customer center or the management function within the service.
3. If a member's post contains content that violates related laws, the Company may delete or take temporary measures against the post without prior notice.
1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot provide the service due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service caused by the member's negligence.
3. The Company only provides information on affiliated companies and places in Jeju, and does not guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the business status (closure, holidays, price changes, service quality, etc.) of each company, and is not responsible for any damages resulting from this.
4. The Company is exempt from liability when members engage in transactions, etc. with each other or with third parties through the service.
1. Lawsuits filed between the Company and members are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and members are based on the member's address at the time of filing, and if there is no address, it is the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court governing the residence. However, if the address or residence of the member is not clear at the time of filing, the competent court is determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
