Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to stipulate fundamental matters such as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users, as well as the terms and procedures for using the website and mobile application 'AllinJeju (allinjeju.com)' (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the AllinJeju Operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. "Service" refers to all AllinJeju-related services that members can use regardless of the terminal implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and portable terminals).

2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Operator's Service and receive services provided by the Operator in accordance with these Terms.

3. "Member" refers to an individual who has provided personal information to the Operator, completed membership registration, continuously receives information from the Operator, and can continuously use the services provided by the Operator.

4. "Post" refers to writings, photos, videos, various files and links in the form of information such as signs, letters, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the service by a member while using the service.

Article 3 (Publication and Revision of Terms)

1. The Operator shall post the content of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that members can easily ascertain them.

2. The Operator may revise these Terms within a scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations, such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc."

3. If the Operator revises the Terms, the effective date and reasons for revision shall be specified, and the revised Terms, along with the current Terms, shall be announced on the initial screen of the Service from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The Operator provides the following services:

• Information provision service for restaurants, accommodations, tourist attractions, shopping, etc. in Jeju
• Location-based place recommendation and search service
• Information provision service for all areas of Jeju using public APIs
• Review and rating sharing service written by users
• Any other services that the Operator additionally develops or provides to members through partnership agreements with other operators.

2. If there are changes to the content, usage methods, or operating hours of the Service, the Operator shall post the reasons for the change, the revised content of the Service, and the effective date on the initial screen of the Service.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

1. A user applies for membership by filling out the membership information according to the registration form prescribed by the Operator and expressing consent to these Terms.

2. Members may at any time apply for termination of the service agreement (membership withdrawal) through the settings menu within the Service, and the Operator shall process such applications promptly as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following acts.

1. Registration of false information when applying or changing
2. Theft of others' information
3. Alteration of information posted by the Operator and unauthorized crawling
4. Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Operator and other third parties
5. Acts that damage the reputation or interfere with the business of the Operator and other third parties
6. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the service

Article 7 (Copyright and Management of Posts)

1. The copyright of the post posted by the member in the service belongs to the author of the post.

2. Posts published by members within the Service may be exposed in search results or the Service and related promotions, and may be partially modified, reproduced, or edited and posted within the scope necessary for such exposure. In this case, the Operator complies with copyright law provisions, and members may at any time take measures such as deletion, exclusion from search results, or setting as private for such posts through the customer service center or management functions within the Service.

3. If a member's post contains content that violates relevant laws and regulations, the Operator may delete the post or take temporary measures without prior notice.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability and Exemption)

1. The Operator shall be exempt from liability for the provision of services if the services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.

2. The Operator shall not be liable for any hindrance to the use of the Service caused by a member's fault.

3. The Operator merely provides information on affiliated businesses and locations within Jeju Island, and does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of each business's operational status (e.g., closure, holidays, price changes, service quality), and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

4. The Operator shall be exempt from liability in cases where transactions or other activities are conducted between members or between members and third parties through the Service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Lawsuits filed between the Operator and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Operator and members shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the member's address at the time of filing, or, if there is no address, over the member's residence. However, if the member's address or residence is not clear at the time of filing, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
